Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following circumstances：
1. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving the product, you can return it, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. We recommend that you retain the original packaging of the machine within 30 days.
2. If the product has any non-human damage or issues within 30 days of receipt, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a free replacement.
3. If the product develops a fault or issue during normal use after 30 days but within 1 year, we can offer a replacement, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are not allowed under the following circumstances：

Just to note this flat iron can be used with or without the steam feature, however, the steam gives it that extra kick. This leaves my hair straight, shiny and soft. It is also compact enough to be throwing in an overnight bag or travel luggage.

This straightener works better than I expected. I feel like my hair has noticably more volume when I straighten it using the steam feature. I like that I can also use it as a regular straighter without steam. The instructions are good overall, but the instructions don't have pictures showing how to remove and load the water chamber. I figured it out but it took some effort. There is an included water bottle that can be used to refill the water chamber with purified or distilled water. The bottle is stiff so only a few drops of water come out at a time when refilling the chamber, which means it takes several minutes to fully refill it. The straightener doesn't use much water to create the steam, and the steam only comes out of one side of the bottom metal plate once the straightener is clamped onto hair. One thing to note is that if the steam feature was used, the straightener sometimes sputters after it's turned off and needs to cool completely before storing. The temperature settings are: 320°F, 340°F, 360°F, 370°F, 390°F, 410°F, 430°F, and 450°F. The straightener came with a heat glove, 2 styling clips, a small water bottle, and a silicone mat. Overall, I love how much volume I can get using this straightener, but I hate refilling the water tank and I worry about the sputtering.

I like the compact size making it easier for travel. The steam and adjustable temp work well and straighten hair quickly. Steam offers a healthier option for hair. So glad I purchased this!
