Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following circumstances：

Q: How do I set the desired temperature?
A: 140°C is suitable for fine hair; 160°C/180°C are ideal for normal hair; and 200°C/210°C are optimal for coarse hair. For first use, it is recommended to start with a lower temperature and gradually increase as needed.
Q: Why won’t the product turn on?

Q: Is there smoke during use?
